We are providing the following guidance to assist you a you prepare to join us in Anaheim on May 15 -17 for our annual interdisciplinary conference.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Upon receiving our invitation to present:

Please accept or decline your invitation by January 15. Respond to Kristy Love at klove@nationalperinatal.org

Register for the conference. You must register to confirm your participation. Your invitation includes a complimentary conference registration for each presenter. Use the code "COLLABORATE" at checkout to secure free registration.

select Early Bird Registration
- click the "Checkout" button at the bottom right corner of the form
- on the "Add Your Details" page, enter the code "COLLABORATE" in the coupon field
- complete a registration for each presenter

Complete Your Speaker Profile. We love promoting you and your work. The information you provide on this form will also help us fulfill the requirements for providing continuing education units through our joint provider PAC/LAC.

These forms are required by our joint provider PAC/LAC in order to provide educational credit for your presentation.
* We will be offering CME, LCSW/LMFT, RN-CEU, and CHES credits to our conference participants.

Accept Your Honorarium. There is a $100 stipend for in-state presenters and a $500 stipend for those travelling from out-of-state. The stipend amount is per presentation - not per speaker. So if you have more than one presenter you will need to decide how to best split the awarded amount. A stipend check will be sent within 14 days of your presentation at the conference in Anaheim. You may download the acceptance form here. NOTE: You also have the option to decline the honorarium, donate it back to NPA, and receive a receipt for the amount as a tax-deductible donation.
