We hope that you enjoy your time with our NPA community.
We are providing the following guidance to assist you a you prepare to join us in Atlanta on May 14 -16 for our annual interdisciplinary conference.

NOTE: PowerPoint Presentations are due Friday, April 25.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Upon receiving our invitation to present:

​

  • Register for the conference. You must register to confirm your participation. Your invitation includes a complimentary conference registration for each presenter. Use the code "COLLABORATE" at checkout to secure free registration. 

  • select Conference Registration

  • click the "Checkout" button at the bottom right corner of the form
  • on the "Add Your Details" page, enter the code "COLLABORATE" in the coupon field  
  • complete a registration for each presenter 

  • Download, complete, and return these 2 forms:

These forms are required by our joint provider PAC/LAC in order to provide educational credit for your presentation.

* We will be offering CME, LCSW/LMFT, RN-CEU, and CHES credits to our conference participants.

  • Accept Your Honorarium and return the form to Kristy Love at klove@nationalperinatal.org by May 1. 

  • There is a $100 stipend for in-state presenters and a $300 stipend for those travelling from out-of-state. The stipend amount is per presentation - not per speaker.  So if you have more than one presenter you will need to decide how to best split the awarded amount.  

  • A stipend check will be sent within 14 days of your presentation at the conference in Atlanta.

  • You may download the acceptance form here.

  • NOTE: You also have the option to decline the honorarium, donate it back to NPA, and receive a receipt for the amount as a tax-deductible donation.
