All those attending our conference at the Hyatt Conference Center must provide proof of vaccination against the COVID-19 virus.
This may be done by presenting your vaccination card
or an image of your vaccination record.
Because we understand that some people will not be able to have been vaccinated, we will also accept a negative 72-hour PCR test as proof of your ability to safely participate in our in-person meeting.

On the first day you attend, please share your PROOF of VACCINATION against COVID-19 with one of the members of our Health and Safety Committee
Get your temperature checked every day before entering the meeting space
Go to the registration table to pick up your name badge and conference packet
Please be mindful of people's differing needs for social distancing and be accommodating
